It’s quite practical that way and cheaper: you won’t have to pay for transportation.

For skiing, the resort goes up to a level of 3,550 meters from 1,850 meters. It comprises of over 24,000 acres of terrain and it also includes 3 glaciers. There is about 300 kilometers of piste that are marked for skiers. Because of these, the ski resorts in Val D’Isere are packed from November up to the month of May. Due to its popularity, there are several world ski competitions being held here every year.
