Is EasyJet Really That Easy to Use?

EasyJet is one of the most popular airline companies in Europe. Because of its low-cost domestic and international flights, tourists and locals often prefer the airline and its money saving services.

With “easy” included within the company’s name it shows their commitment to make things really easy for their customers. By reducing the price of transport families can spend more on their hotel and have more spending money. Even the amenities while on air are very limited so that they do not have to spend anything.

Mixed Response

Although EasyJet is one of the most popular airline companies, it is not necessarily a company loved by everyone. The response to the various services EasyJet provide is mixed. Most people love the fact that they can save money through a low cost airline but some complain that the airline is saving too much on their operations and they now sacrifice quality service to their customers.

A good example on the customer’s mixed response to the services of EasyJet was their “Speedy Boarding” service. As the name suggests, it helps passengers enjoy faster boarding.

Passengers can really take advantage of the service if they are already familiar with what EasyJet provide. But for the unfamiliar, it can really get confusing especially in some countries where there are no English-speaking airline agents.

Another common complaint is that the airline gives people a time slot to board the plane and not a specific seat number. This can force people to move quickly and in some cases run, to get a selection of seats for their family. This is hardly an easy, stress free way to board a plane and can turn the experience into a challenge.

Overall the service is cheaper than many competitors and will reduce the cost of your holiday. If you can live with the slight problems it is worth the savings.
